Get on the AudioBus!
As a part of ME'D1.ATE NETWORK's 2008 Soundwave>Series ((3)) (Musical Director Alan So), the Audiobus will go live this summer!
This performance has been in the works since September of last year, and is one of the most exciting venues and composition challenges I've ever encountered. I will be collaborating with sound artist [ruidobello] on July 12 and August 9, two of the five nights of "tours". We will be creating sounds and music from laptop synthesizers and combining collected sounds from the street with our pieces - and then feeding the final mix into headphones for the audience on the bus. How crazy is this, I ask you?
