I recorded most of The Poignant Reminder while at Djerassi. It uses a variety of advanced synthesis techniques: "A tone poem about how time changes us." The piece was played in its entirety on Foothills College Radio during September 2003. The first cut was used in conjunction with Sara C. Sun's video, Windows (installed during the Djerassi Annual Open House, June 2003). "Intellect," played at the Electronic Music Foundation's Symposium for the Future (New York, NY) in December 2004 (see the EMF site for more details). Most recently, "Love" was used in Sara C. Sun's video, Blue, shown at the Arts Under the Bridge festival (Brooklyn NY) in September 2007.
